Perhaps made by a resident of the Schuylkill Almshouse and Sanitarium

and Insane Asylum, largely demolished by 2010.

 

Early 20th century. The largest, 23" high, was found in Pennsylvania in 2003.  The second came from Connecticut in 2021 and the smallest from Denver in 2024
